ASCC Annual meeting April 12th, 2003
Meeting Started at 7:00 at Sourdough Mining Company.

Marcus will have Club Trailer sold by July 20th.

Faith is going to call the insurance companies for medical and physical
requirements and other questions she has. Comp rules agreed that at least a
copy of the paperwork for a CDL, Aircraft medical, etc.. from the doctor needs to be on file
with the club.
Tech inspections will be performed by Club Tech Inspectors Only (no tech by automotive service shops).
Tech shall be held in spring, fall, and ice seasons. When you pass one tech
it is good until the next annual meeting (unless race damage occurs).
If a driver shows up to an event without a inspected car and requires an on
site inspection, a fee of $50.00 shall be paid to the club, which shall be
split 50/50 with the tech inspector and the Club.
Jim Sloan, Bob Dees, Joneee Shields, and TJ Clark have accepted the Position of tech
inspector for the 2003-2004 year.

Treasure's report: $7471.18 checking $5328.62 savings $12,799.80 total
New Business:
Spring Tanacross: Entry fee will be $150.00. For potluck, the club will furnish the meat, turkeys, bread, and chips. Marcus will bring the condiments, Faith will bring plate, bowls, and plastic utensils. Everyone else needs to bring a favorite dish. Planning on an autocross after Saturdays heats, Porsche club was invited and will bring the timing equipment.
Faith presented results of the last comp rules meeting. Comp rules has agreed for Spring Tanacross only, due to short notice, to charge only $25.00 for track techs.. Fee to be paid to the tech inspector. All future techs at track will be charged $50.00.
Dalton says that Wasilla Chamber of Commerce? (not sure if this is the right entity) has a tentative course location set up for possible July 4 summer race. Dalton will know if further developments.
Old business:
Pylons: Dalton will check into. Radios: Possible use of family channel (instead of getting FCC license for our old set), Faith has a set, she will check range at spring Tanacross
